State Officers

Rylee Palmer is the Oregon TSA State President for the 2023-2024 membership year. She is a Sophomore at Heppner High School and has been in TSA for two years. She has received third place in Architectural Design, and first in Manufacturing Prototype, Structural Design and Engineering, and Robotics. Rylee plans to attend Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, where she will pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. Between reading mystery novels and playing with her dogs, her career goal is to be a K-9 Unit Officer and Detective. “Coming into TSA, I was shy and wanted to learn new tech and engineering. But as I continued in the organization, all I wanted was to become more and more involved. I found I wanted to strengthen these skills, even if it took time. TSA has taught me technology, but it has taught me much more than that. It has taught me leadership, communication, and time management, all important skills in any area of life.” – Rylee Palmer
